Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective as of January 1, 2023
Article 1 – Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to the purchase of the following services: short-term furnished accommodation rentals, as offered by the Service Provider to non-professional customers (“Customers” or “Customer”) on www.nice-renting.com.
The main characteristics of the Services are presented on the website. The Customer is required to review them before placing any order. The selection and purchase of a Service remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.
These Terms and Conditions are accessible at all times on the website and shall prevail over any other document. The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them prior to placing an order.

Article 2 – Prices
The Services are provided at the prices in force on the website at the time the order is placed. Prices are indicated in euros, excluding and including taxes where applicable. They may include discounts granted by the Service Provider.
Prices are fixed during their validity period but may be modified outside this period. Prices do not include processing or management fees, which may be charged additionally when applicable.
An invoice is issued and sent to the Customer upon provision of the service.
Article 3 – Orders
The Customer selects the services they wish to order on the website (apartment, dates, number of guests, extras, etc.) and then proceeds with secure payment.
The sale shall only be deemed concluded once full payment has been received. Any order constitutes a distance contract between the Customer and the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel any order from a Customer in the event of a previous unresolved dispute.
Article 4 – Payment Terms
Payment is made online by credit card through a secure payment platform. Payment data is encrypted.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Service Provider shall only provide the services once full payment of the amounts due has been received.
Article 5 – Provision of Services
The ordered services consist of the management and rental of furnished accommodation for a limited period. They are provided upon final validation of the order, under the conditions specified on the website.
The Service Provider undertakes to use all necessary means to provide the ordered services within the announced timeframes. In the event of a delay not attributable to the Customer, the latter may request termination of the contract in accordance with applicable laws.
In the absence of any complaint within 24 hours following the provision of the service, the service shall be deemed compliant.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Given the nature of the services provided (short-term accommodation), the Customer does not benefit from a right of withdrawal. The contract becomes final upon confirmation of the order.
Article 7 – Liability and Guarantees
The Service Provider guarantees that the services comply with applicable legal requirements. In the event of a defect, the Customer must notify the Service Provider in writing as soon as possible.
The Service Provider shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure or non-compliance with the laws of another country where the services may be used.
Article 8 – Personal Data
The collection of the Customer’s personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract. Such data is used solely for reservation management and is not disclosed to third parties without consent.
Data collected: first name, last name, address, telephone number, email address, payment information.
Retention period: 5 years.
Security: technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect the data.
In accordance with the GDPR, Customers have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of their personal data. To exercise these rights, they may contact contact@nice-renting.com.
Article 9 – Intellectual Property
The content of www.nice-renting.com is the exclusive property of Nice Renting and its partners. Any reproduction, whether partial or complete, is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.
Article 10 – Governing Law and Language
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a translation, only the French version shall prevail in the event of a dispute.
